HOW N150,000 REMOVED STEVE EBOH FROM AGN RACE.
As you are reading this page it is authentic that top actor Steve Eboh popularly called Ajebo among his movie friends is no longer in the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria(AGN) presidential race.
Going by the information gathered from reliable sources,Mr. Eboh was booted out from the contest three weeks back.
The actor who joined the race late last year was screened out,when it was discovered that he could not obtain electoral form.
As gathered,Mr. Eboh was unable to complete the payment of N300,000(Three Hundred Thousand Naira) to obtain the form.The actor who recently celebrated the christening of his first child was said to have paid just N150,000(One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) and could not complete the other half till the time when the screening exercise started last month.
Without wasting time,Actors’ Guild of Nigeria Electoral Committee(AGNEC) bundled him out of the race.
This development leaves the strongest aspirants,top actress cum ex-beauty queen Ibinabo Fiberesima and former National Secretary of the guild,Emeka Rollas Ejezie to slug it out during the election that is scheduled to hold next month.
Meanwhile,Mr. Ejezie who survived a pile hemorrhoid surgery recently has returned to the campaign trail,while his sexy opponent Ms. Fiberesima is said to have kicked-off her tour to different state chapters to ask for votes.
